Seton Health is one of 9 recipients to receive a grant from the NYS Obesity Prevention Program to work on pediatric obesity prevention. Seton Health's program, 5210 Healthy Kids Head 2 Toe, serves the counties of Albany, Columbia, Delaware, Greene, Otsego, Rensselaer, Schenectady and Schoharie. It is a program that offers free resources and assistance to health care providers in implementing best practices regarding childhood obesity.
