Training and technical assistance to substance abuse facilities to provide treatment to patients for nicotine addiction

• Geographically covers 13 counties: Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Greene, Columbia, Schoharie, Otsego, Delaware, Saratoga, Warren, Washington, Fulton, and Montgomery.
• Working with facilities to become 100% tobacco free and to treat patients effectively.
• Collaborating with OASAS, OMH, ASAP (Alcohol and Substance Abuse Providers of NYS), American Cancer Society, and other local stake holders.
• 3 year grant which includes program evaluation to measure efficacy.
